Toastmasters International membership fees are due every six months on the 1st April and 1st October. New members pay a slightly discounted rate until one of those dates is reached. From then onwards, you will pay the regular member price for six or twelve months.
The minimum membership is 3 months, so if you join in February or March your membership runs to 30th September and if you join in August or September your membership runs to 31st March.
